How much is delivery?
On orders upto £75.00 postage is £2.00, £75.00-£149.99 postage is £4.00 and over £150.00 postage is £6.00.If you are not from the U.K please contact me and we can discuss delivery charges depending on delivery country.

Do you send jewellery 1st class?
Yes, all items are sent first class, and will need to be signed for when they get to you.

When can I expect my jewellery?
I aim to dispatch all jewellery purchases within 48hrs of receiving payment. Therfore you can expect to receive your package within 5days.

How will the jewellery be packaged?
All jewellery is gift packaged in either a satin drawstring pouch(necklaces,bracelets and sets) or a small velveteen pouch (earrings). They will then be placed in a jiffy bag for protection.

Do you make all the jewellery yourself?
Yes all jewellery is handmade by myself, using only the finest materials. Genuine sterling silver, freshwater pearls and swarovski crystals.

Do you make bespoke items?
Yes! It is always nice to design and make a piece of jewellery for someone for that special occasion, or for a perfect match to their outfit. Please contact me directly if there is something that you would like custom made, and I will be happy to assist you in designing and making a unique piece just for you.

What is your policy on returns?
Items can be returned within 10days as long as they are returned in the same condition as they were sent out in. Unfortunately for hygiene reasons earrings may not be returned.
